Costa L'aria sits on the quiet stretch of San Benito beach, halfway between Progreso and Telchac Puerto. The penthouse opens onto a private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, BBQ, bar and an 8-seat dining table — the kind of place where happy hour drifts into a candle-lit dinner without anyone noticing.
Inside: three very private bedrooms upstairs — each with its own en-suite bathroom and AC — plus a separate service room on the first floor with its own bathroom and AC. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, and pool towels by the door. Two shared pools and direct beach access are right downstairs.
